Historiker, thanks! the "FAQ section" it has lots of very good info once again thanks.

With all due respect to the Simulation Community the Sim community is a variation of newbies and veteran like most of you intelligent guys, I am still in the learning process so newbies like me we need step by step pictures when a new version of a plugin needs to be applied.

for upgrades and changes like this one an SOP of how to apply the "new Plugin" and "patching" will be so well appreciated by newbies.

Veterans they do not need training wheels and the fly thru this quick with no problems.

Sim racing is fun and love it!

Thanks to all for the Help!

We do try to help as much as we can but this is a do it your self (DIY) community not a Do It For Me community.

If you would like to take it upon yourself to create comprehensive illustrated guides to every facet of using Simtools as well as building every permutation of the possible motion platforms I am sure the community and future newbies would greatly appreciate it.

You are correct this is a DIY community not SimTools Tech Support, I am wrong to ask for an SOP.

Question does SimTools have "Tech Support" for Paid customers like my self? or there is no Technical support available?

If you have paid a subscription, it was for access to the download section of the website. Not for the use of Simtools. Simtools 1.3 (current version) is a free DIY software.

Simtools 2.0 will have a commercial website for purchase of a license and may have commercial software support.

Plugins and plugin downloads will still be through XSimulator.net.

This thread goes into more detail about what you can expect with Simtools 2.0:

Good luck with your simexperience transition.
    1. He wont sell you the software by itself.
    2. You'll need at least his lowest package which is going to include the actuators and is 1500$ us.

The notion that we are tech support is because this is a community contributed system. The software wont come with a call in number, you're not paying 10 grand for it and the community is small. I think you need to set a realistic expectation. When you talk about paying for the software as a huge entitlement to phone support you're a little out of line. This is a small community of what I would say is less then a few hundred that have DIY built rigs. This isn't like Microsoft who has a billion customers with costs that afford tech support.

You are correct! I need to realize this is small community and need to bring the expectation down, I am new to this hobby I started on November 2015 by watching a Youtube video from @Avenga76 since then I love it, you and others have help me to geting my rig up and running and I want to thank you for everything you, @Avenga76 and others have done for me.

Will do what you said and take it as a constructive recommendation and expect less and try to do thinks on my own as a truth DIYer.

    Once again Thank you all.

@Milton Amaya , I may be a newbie here, but ive spent a lot of time reading info.
You have built a nice sim using DC motors and JRKS and simtools software to run it.
If you went to a SimX path, the software does not support JRKS and motors, you would have to buy at least a stage one SCN kit and from what I can see of stage 1 kits, you would have to completely redesign your simulator as the actuators would not be at the right angles. So potentially you would have to throw away your existing project and start again.
N0w if you want support here, you do not have to pay for it, you just need to ask questions, listen to peoples answers and be patient.
This is a DIY site so not everyone is online 24/7. Even I have seen that.
