    For a motor of 19RPM output it can give a 19*360/60 = 114 deg./sec.
That gives us a full 360 degree in 3.1 second ...
As per using a 8cm. crank arm with the ouput shaft that moves only 180 deg.
So a top to buttom movement of 16cm. will be in a 3.1/2 = 1.5 second
