    Changing the region in Windows was the key. Now it works!

    Well after a loooooooong build, I am now at the final stage of tuning my G-Seat in to actually start flying it. Fortunately version 2.1 is out to get the ball rolling again. Unfortunately I have hit a snag straight off. Using the DCS plugin DCS_GamePlugin.2.0.0.0.zip, the telemetry looks good. All readouts correspond to the axis in motion. I've started by using just my seat base flaps, Axis1a (right seat flap), Axis2a (left seat flap) as [A<Axis1a>][B<Axis2a>] for just the heave axis (accel.y). When flying in DCS the seat base flaps correspond directly to the roll axis. No matter what DOF position I put it in? Anyone have trouble with the DCS plugin assignments??

    UPDATE: 18/02/2017
    With what little time I have now for the seat, I drew up a truth table and the results show that the plugin works as it should. Not what I thought the axis assignments would be - obviously.

    Hallo DCS user´s,
    i understood how to Setup all by 3 axis (3x SCN6 150mm) happy. I love to fly the Huey Heli but iám somehow overwhelmed with all setup stuff like filters and so on. starting with the roll axis at the beginning helped me a Little bit. But maybe one of you can helpe me out with a Setup for testing or wher can i find it in this Forum. I would be very pleased.

    Thank you for the link norbeast.
    What i found out with the roll axis that the reaction time is slow.it feels like there is a deadzone.but in the filter , the deadzone is 0. is there some more helping adjustment for my problem.

    Sounds like your tuning center value needs to be lower, as that sharpens motion responses.

    Leave filters until you have the basics sorted.

    It would help if you start your own thread and post pictures of all of your settings. A video that shows the rig and screen at the same time is also useful for troubleshooting advice.

    Heads Up Pilots,

    ED has build in a new table which could possible solve the pitch Bug (goas inverted at pitch up 90°) and bank flip (goas -180° at pitch up 90°)

    ------------------------------------------------------
    Hello,
    I've filed a bug with our internal bug trucking system, requesting to have the DCS matrix exported along with Euler angles.
    Chances are you will get the DCS matrix with one of the upcoming updates.
    Wait for it.

    Best regards,
    Andrey Filin
    Eagle Dynamics IT Team

    ------------------------------------------------------

    Lua export script with lua Matrix class sample added
    in that matrix class mathematics rotation is matched with DCS internal code:

    local data = LoGetSelfData()

    local yaw = 2.0 * math.pi - data.Heading -- because heading returned opposite for navigation use
    local pitch = data.Pitch
    local roll = data.Bank

    local m = Matrix33()

    m:RotateY(yaw);
    m:RotateZ(pitch);
    m:RotateX(roll);
    print("-------------------------------------")
    print(m.x.x,m.x.y,m.x.z)
    print(m.y.x,m.y.y,m.y.z)
    print(m.z.x,m.z.y,m.z.z)

    ------------------------------------------------------

    May someone could try this out?

    Cheers André ak Siddharta

    Will definitely be looking at this code on the weekend and report back.

    Update 22/04/2017: I am having some issues with the Matrix33() function. Errors and returns nil.

    Is there a way to prevent jumping from one motion axis extreme to the other at the point of inversion for a roll or loop?
