Changed port to 20778, sadly no luck.
This is step by step what i'm doing maybe someone can spot something
    I'm doing wrong:
    Turn on pc
    Start sender
    It shows ip (127.0.0.1)
    Pick dirt 2 plugin
    Click send data.
Then click on the Icon cor dirt3
Game starts, go to options choose forcefeedback on
Controls , choose auto transmision, for steering i use my steering wheel then customize controls.
I can run and play the game with no glitch.

But still can not get data to display on the autosim screen.
And it I can not remove rhe ck mark for game pause.

Any guidence will be great! :sos:

    Wow!! I Feel Embarrassed..
I was modifying Grid Instead of Dirt3 Config file.
Forgot I had this game too!!

Something good came from all this!
After modifying the correct Config file and re-started game right before the race an socket Error Appeared and shut down Dirt3 game.
Solution: Going back to config File Notice that after the IP D-Box was written instead of 127.0.0.1.
put the correct ip and worked great! Feedback and all !! :yippiee:

Now, I have the box edition of Dirt3, its kinda annoying to have to re-configure my steering wheel every time the game is started. I also don't play online so the auto-save is disabled.
Is there a Fix for this?

Thank you all for your Time and Efforts!!

Good to see you got it working.
No there is not a save file for wheel, just have to re-calibrate each time, codemasters issue.
And as for configuring the wrong file....whatever you are smoking....can I have some?

I'm sure Dirt 3 has an issue where if you update it when connecting to Windows for Live the motion no longer works. I spend all my time playing Dirt 2 as it's my fav racer of recent years..and awesome in motion ;)

You dont need to reconfigure your controller. just start the game with your controller each time you see the starting demo.
Also you can assign any button to any control by using the files in dirt3\actionmap folder.
I made my own mapping and start the game with controller start button then there is no pain :)
and you can use autosave with offline mode.

The math section is not picking up data, I can see that. I assume you are using x-sim3.
You will need to use the fixed dirt2/f1 plugin, this can be found on the new forum.
Then look at the math section to see if you have numbers come up in the motion force settings you have made.
If you do, and as long as your motors are recognized by x-sim, the click the big green start button and you should get motion.
