Very compact, very good. Why don't you put pedals on the moving platform?

Nice! I didn't know that we can use Hall Effect Sensors! What is the price?

To make it more compact, I think that I can cut the 4 wood legs until the brown plate. I have to adjust the sensors parameters before cut it.
Currently the wood platform under the sit is not very solid, I have to change it if I want to put the pedals on this platform. But it's not impossible !

Yes, I understand what you mean. Many friends tried my 2DOF and nobody told me that they feel strange with that. :) However, I think that it would be a bit better to have the pedals on the platform.

Hello noorbeast, I tried to adjust the motion profile but my english is not so good and I have difficulties to understand the tutoral (link you sent me).

I put 20% on Surge (in blue) but my simulator is not moving when acceleration.
50% seems to be lighter than 60% but I still can't feel the vibrations on the track surface bumps.
I also tried to uncheck the Surge (in red) but nothing happens...

How can I easily have the vibrations please?

You also need to adjust the Tuning Centre values, with the game connected.

The lower the value in the Tuning Centre the sharper the simulator response.

If you tell us what game you are working on and post pictures of the Tuning Centre while the game is connected then members can give advice on what values to try.

We have plenty of dual language members so perhaps @RacingMat or others could help translate explain the basic steps of setting up a motion profile, as they are important to know and you really need to do a profile for each game.

Sorry I'm rusty... since I sold my sim 2 years ago. Still drafting the new one :)

Je suis bien rouillé depuis que j'ai vendu mon simu il y a deux ans. Je n'en suis encore qu'à la phase de préparation du suivant !

I found a french tutorial to install Simtools and a new game :
    http://pcshm-simulateurs-homemade.clicforum.com/t493-Configurer-et-SimTools.htm

But I can't find a tutorial to adjust a motion profile...

    On racingfr.com , I can't creat a new account. I contacted the admin 1 month ago but I have no reply :-(
On the public pages, I also can't find motion profile tuto :
    http://www.racingfr.com/forum/index.php?showforum=305

    Help please...
