    Do you have it fixed the 2 pedals with 1 single bar? Wouldn't it be better to put 2 fasteners like the ones you have at each end of each pedal?

    Shaft doesn't flex a bit. Have spacers on the shaft to keep the pedals properly seperated. Should have used a different infill and pattern when printing the pedal. Oh well. Made a new one out of metal and also fabricated a handbrake for racing in DiRT 2.0

    I can't help much since I've never had a 3d printer and don't know its settings. But I just ordered an ender 3. The thing about the broken pedal I want to think that it is rather because of the single axis that fixes all the pedals.

    @RacingMat infill is the simplest answer, not the most efficient :)

    Infill patern or a print issue can be the cause of the breakage... By the way, the 5.3 lever is stronger around this area.

    I could not find any steel axles so I made my own by using the beta plastic axle but modified it with a hole so i could insert a M6 threaded rod through it, feels pretty solid to me (but haven't tried it yet). So just a tip if anyone has the same problem.

    200 should be ok, 60 might be too much. Lower to bed to 55 or 50, if that does not work lower nozzle by 5.

    I have lowered the tray by 20 degrees and the tip by 5 degrees and now it has come out better.
