i got it running in simtools with assetto corsa and its working now begins the finetuning en i need to figure out how to best mount the belts i think with a spring between or something.

1 question i set it up on surge but when i acceleratie it loosens ofcourse is it possible just tension with brake/forward surge (dont know if i mention it right)

and when brake release/forward surge reduce it spins back to zero point or something?

You can manually set different values for each direction in the Tuning Center, that will give different responses, if that is what you mean: the smaller the value the sharper the response, but over a smaller range, and the larger the value to gentler the response over a larger range.

I got my First test run and it works

but where can i Find move Axle in one direction because now when i brake it feels good but after accelerate it loosens and needs To build up tension First

I mounted springs between that feels good i wil
Post Some pictures tomorrow also build a Maine switch just in case 1799E143-5B3C-4B97-A373-2E3D5C2EEA64.jpeg 207BAAA5-D607-41D7-AAA7-669CA124CA2B.jpeg

Could you please post pictures of the settings used, as that is likely more informative than the hardware.

here are my settings from smc3 and simtools.

    IMG_6739.jpeg IMG_6740.jpeg IMG_6741.jpeg IMG_6742.jpeg IMG_6743.jpeg
    IMG_6744.jpeg

situation at the moment is in 0 position when i start and i fasten the seatbelt.

When i start driving it loosens a bit. When i hit te brakes it fastens and go's to 0 position and fastens further but when i do a little braking it doesnt.

Is there a way that i can start in 0 position it doesnt move when i accelerate. and only fastens when i hit the brake and when i release the brakes it loosens back to 0 position.

Before getting into the specifics of what you are trying to do, as that will need you to also post your Tuning Center settings, just some general comments for your consideration:

As you are only using one motor and one axis this is all that is required in the Interface Output setting - [A<Axis1a>]

You are using a fair bit of Axis limiting in SimTools and sometimes there is a good reason to do so, such as protecting fragile SCN actuators from overshoot damage, but in your case the range should be controlled by setting Max and Clip limits in SMC3 and leave Axis Limiting in SimTools at 100%, as it will likely only complicate SimTools tuning.

Similarly, in Profile Editor setting Intensity to 70% introduces a fair bit of global smoothing and will only complicate trying to refine the effect you are wanting. Leave it at 100% initially and use a mid range track and car for testing, one you have a nailed the surge effect as a generic base you can then use the Profile Editor to make variations of it for specific cars and tracks, please see the tuning tips in the FAQs: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

Please refine your SMC3 settings, then the SimTools settings.Oncce you have please post pictures of all of those settings plus the Tuning Center settings while AC is running.

Oke thnx for the feedback i changed to 1 axis but just for safety of myself when i set Max limits 255 and clip input 255 it wil crush me in the Seat when it max out so Maybe my design for the rollers in the belt need To be smaller so it needs more turns To tightenup excuus me for the Manu questions but Motion Sim is totally new and i dont know the right way to start with before moving up to the next step.

Nice idea. For me when I have RC sensioner I prefer belt strait to the shaft and set smooth and other things in sim tools. I think your springs delayed that what you feel but this is my opinion. All tensioner looks good. Congrats

There is almost no delay Anymore and it feels better with the springs without Its really hard at once no when i brake 50% i feel good tension and when i push the pedal further too 80/100% it tensions more.
