Sorry, it's been a very long time since I used it. I looked through some of my backups and can't find it there either. Honestly, I would not use it though, it's pretty rough and very old now.

The STM32 based EMC firmware is leaps and bounds ahead of the old arduino based code and is in active development.

yes I think you should consider to use EMC software.
I have the lite version to work with arduino leonardo and it's a free version.
if you want to get more serious and proper wheel, you can get the STM32 board, and EMC pro license.
hope it can be help to get your first DIY wheel.
    Cheers!

And how's the wiring and the programing with the STM32, is it as easy as the Ardu Leo ?

more or less its the same. you just have to follow the wiring instruction.
what I share is the lite version. its using ardu leo.
for the STM32 one, you much get the pro version.
here I attach some schematic wiring.

you can contact the developer of EMC. He sell the board and shield too, for easy application.

anytime mate! If I can give an advise, you should go for STM32 and EMC pro. because the development is still active.

The STM32 board is very cheap and available. This one is fine (STM32F401). You don't need a shield for a basic wheel.

Hi there I have a quick question about a rig I’m building. I am planning on using a bts7960 with an arduino Leo and a rs775 motor. I have been doing some testing with just an encoder and everything works well but when I use a small dc motor and 9v battery with the motor controller everything works for a few seconds and then the motor goes full blast like when it is connected straight to the battery. I also tried 5v as well but that doesn’t seem to help. BTW I am using aiwave wheelconfig as my firmware. Could it just be that the Leo isn’t detecting when the motor turns? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

Don't use Aiwave. It's bugged. Don't use Direct encoder motor connection with this motors, they are too fast for it.

Ok thank you, I will look into it, isn’t it a paid program tho? Or is that the pro version.

Ok thanks, will there be a problem with the firmware? Because I already flashed the ai wave one. Or will it just overwrite the one that’s on there.

EMC is STM32F401 based. Ditch the Leonardo and get stm32 board with EMC (i linked to one a few posts back). Honestly, I dont know why people are still beating the dead carcass that is aiwave etc on leo boards. its ancient, buggy, poor features and abandoned.

EMC is in active development and is very feature rich. The latest version supports wireless buttons for wheel via nrf24 modules. Yes its 10 euro or whatever but totally worth it! Don't deal with buggy software from 10 years ago with no support!
