Here are some of them. I had to manipulate many of the files to work with my Simply 3D program.
I am not sure what may be missing or some files are extra but let me know if you have any questions.

I use the slicer Simplify3D. It has a mirror function called "mirror mesh".
**I exported this out as a binary and an ascii file.
    Hopefully this will work..
I think I can PM the file if you are low on coins. :thumbs

This is a great project! I think I might try to build a set. I think I have all the info from this thread. Is there a BOM for all the mechanical parts?

I do not have a BOM.. A majority of the metal materials are listed on page 2 and 3. The levers are cut from a single piece of 12"x 24" x .125" aluminum plate. The Base plate is made from 10" x 10" x .25" aluminum plate. The frame is made from 2020 T Slot Aluminum Extrusion. A list of some of the bearings are...
    4 total 12mm x 28mm x 8mm Bearings for pedals
    2 total 12mm x 32mm x 10mm bearing upper L arm
    2 total 8mm x 22mm x 7 mm Skate Board bearings .
As Historiker mentioned to me it is not a step by step construction thread but there is enough information here to build the project. And we are both here to help answer any questions. I would start by cutting the levers out of .125" or 3mm aluminum, start printing the necessary plastic parts and you should start seeing exactly how the build goes..
    Hope this helps..:)

Pedal bolts are approximately 150mm long and are 12mm bolts. I used nuts that have the nylon shakeproof ends...
on the L levers I used 12mm threaded rod with again shake proof nuts on each side. The rod looks to be 94mm long. Cut to length with a dremel cutoff wheel. I most likely did not have the proper length of bolt.

There is a hole in the end of the rack.. Tap it for 1/4 - 20 threaded rod. Two jam nuts adjust for spring tension ..the 1/4-20 rod is about 3.75" long.. But cut to suit.... The spring is a compression type. I got them at a hardware store.

Is there a wiring diagram? How do the hall effect sensors hook up to the arduino?

Do you have a sketch for the arduino? I cannot remember which one I used (maybe this one) .. The A(0), A(1) A(2) etc. are the analog inputs. You will need a Leonardo or Pro micro board as these have the proper USB connection needed..
