    Hi.
ED does not provide any motion data during Hyperspace (FSD'ing between stars) so we get no ship movement when doing hyperspace jumps (so likely no haptic data to pick up on).
There is motion data from ED when in supercruise (within star systems) - and we do get ship motion when in supercruise.
As SimHub is mostly about haptic feedback (bass shakers etc) it 'should' be picking up something when in supercruise at least, assuming SimHub makes use of the vibe output settings in Simtools (and you have that enabled).
Have you previously had haptic feedback using an .xml from Simtools when in hyperspace and/or supercruise?

I don't use haptic or SimHub but am just throwing a couple of details to you.....
