Yes, there is a 5.1 system and the drivers are the realtek motherboard ones.
Do I just have to physically disconnect the system or do I have to intervene at a software level on the drivers?

    Sorry,
It's a bug in Mover. Works only with 2 speakers.
Had and still have some problems for the next release. Still need to make a last check.
For it to work try to disable the hardware or remove if a USB. Or avoid using the transducer module.

I had the exact same issue a few weeks ago when I setup FlyPt for the first time. Worked perfectly on my laptop, but not my main PC (both running Windows 10). It was driving me nuts until I narrowed down the issue. Noticing that it was refrencing "wav output" or whatever, I figured it had something to due with my soundcard or drivers. Soundblaster AE-5, so I reinstalled and updated the drivers, but that didn't fix it. I eventually had to disable my soundcard and go back to using onboard soundcard (motherboard) which solved the problem.

Looking forward to using my dedicated soundcard again when the bug is squashed. I like the 5.1 surround settings and other features it has.

Thanks FlyPt for confirming the issue and for your hard work!

I am using the pitch channel just to for testing. Is not connected to anything if not my motor. I set it to 2 the gain just to overshot and reach higher number the 360 to test the motion. I am still struggling though. I could solve the problem by usign this expression adjusted_angle=(VALUE+180)%360−180 but in the filter i dont have the modulo. This basically should reset always the motion once it goes over 180. Any other solution?

    Thanks, I'll try...
Can we hope for a fix for the bug in the next version?

Do you think you can add the division and modulo math function in the filters or is there an other way to reset the rotation past 360?

Well, I confirm that the problem was precisely in the audio peripherals....by deactivating it through trial and error, I managed to start FlyPt Mover correctly.
The happiness, however, did not last long: as soon as I tried to launch a game to try it out I discovered that as soon as I connected the board (this is an Arduino 2 which manages a belt tensioner with 80st servo and driver) the Simcube2 steering wheel disconnected.
I know this shouldn't be FlyPt's fault but do you have any ideas why this happens?

I have familiarized myself with the basic functions and filters.
Now I noticed something regarding the FPS in game (Iracing). No matter what graphics settings I choose (usually between 115 and 150 fps), whenever I start Mover, it settles at exactly 60 fps. The CPU and GPU are far from being fully utilized. Did I miss anything?

By the way, nothing changes if I change "Calulation rate" or "high precision".

hmmm, are you runnig iRacing in a window or full screen?
Mover should not interfere in iRacing frame rate. I don't see a connection that could cause it.
Mover doesn't even use direct3D or OpenGL in the 3D view, it's my custom software render

There's a ROTATION filter/operation in the new release that converts values that are beyond -180º to 180º into a rotation value in that range
    Example 190º would be -170º

That's strange. Do you have another software to test it to be sure it's not Mover?
Try to chage the USB port of the board.

It was to be released in December...
I have so many bugs right now.
One of the main bugs is on the filters/operations. Solvable but it's a nightmare right now.
Everything is connected so any change affects other places and I'm running behind the bugs. They seem alive right now o_O
Also have a feature for filters that might be put away... More in the UI side. I might have to remove it or I will never release, let's see.

Just to give an idea, those are default setups for game or game/vehicle...
Yes main window is in test mode...

The solution is really exciting, I've been looking for it for hours. My triple screens run at 144hz. The fourth monitor at 60hz. I opened Mover on the fourth monitor. When I put Mover's windows to one of the three other monitors, iRacing suddenly runs at maximum performance.

    Before anyone ask's:

    upload_2024-2-20_19-17-3.png

    It's already in.
For the current version, use the RFactor 2 DLL and put it in the plugins folder.
    Something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Le Mans Ultimate\Plugins
