Okay. Trying to be more positive. I used @Zed advises and changed my approach. I got a better result, with a few bugs that I corrected to the best of my knowledge: deleting faces and moving faces around.

I think it is pretty decent. I'll try to print it to see if it's usable.

If someone shows interest on how I made it, I'll do a little tutorial. Mostly 1 sketch, 2 copies, 2 lofts, one mirror and other sketches for holes. Sound simple, but it was a female of a dog for me.

Glad it's working for you! You might want to join the pieces though if I am interpreting the lines in your gear properly. Not sure if that even makes a difference but just in case?

You were right, they were not merge together. Of course, Fusion did not allow me to merge them. Probably because of little difference in the structure. Impossible to print in one go.

I tried to make half of the wheel in one go, but one of the tooth was all screwed up. Impossible to repair with my current knowledge.

So far, that piece of ... software have been totally worthless to me.

Back to an even older approach, since now I am able to copy sketches. But it took me ages to achieve. The result is perfect to one last bit. All the tooth are separate bodies, and I cannot merge them with the wheel. I'm expecting someone to tell me that it is impossible to do. Everything with fusion 360 is impossible to do... Please, prove me wrong. I cannot print it as such.

Really nice drawing. Useless, but nice.

Hi Pierre, you are have some frustration aren't you!
I presume you have added your frustration to the Fusion 360 forum?

    Regards Jerry.

Yes I have some frustration. :)
No, I didn't go to any fusion 360 forum. Laziness, discouragement, letting my mind cool down, I don't know why I didn't do it yet.
It is the obvious next step... Or starting to listen to Solid Edge tutorials. :think

    Here are the final steps:

    1. Click on the gear in the lower right corner of Fusion 360 and select "Do not capture design history," then click "Continue" on the window that comes up.
    2. Go into the Mesh workspace by clicking on "Model" in the upper left corner and selecting "Mesh" from the dropdown.
    3. Once in the Mesh workspace, use the Create > BRep to Mesh tool to convert the Fusion body to a mesh body.
    4. Use the Modify > Merge Bodies tool to combine the two mesh bodies.
    5. Right click one the mesh in the explorer and send it to print.
I present you the final mesh:

Finally into Cura in one mesh. I little size adjustment...

    fusion360_12.jpg

    At last!

I was surprised how well it fit with the little wheel I printed from a file I download.

Now I need to design the casing.

Thanks to all who helped me out and cope with my bad moods.
