Did you fix your dip switch settings? For Wanegain's sketch 1-off, 2-off, 3-on for psu, 4-off, 5-off, 6-on. Switch 4 is off to select the user defined baud rate from Describe. It appears it is set correctly at 38400 from your pics.

Edit: I meant to say switch 5 should be off to select the user defined baud rate. But if using 38400 baud you must change the sketch and simtools to 38400 also.

I think the best things for you is to use my sketch even it's not optimised for your Sabertooh.
Sabertooth has no autobaud, you need to set it like explain @BlazinH. You can use the file in attachment (rename the txt in tooth) to configure it with Describe.

    You need to set 38400 bauds and DIP switches are 1-OFF, 2-OFF, 3-ON, 4-OFF, 5-ON, 6-ON :

If it's working, I'll explain you if you want what you need to edit in order to optimize the sketch for your Sabertooth.

@zigzag49 : he's using currently the simplified serial, so there is no address :p

Please try again with DIP 5-ON ;)

Your Arduino is on port COM13 ?

Did you tested using DOF Output (in this case you need to fill the Default profile in Axis assignments) or Axis Output ?

When you are testing, is the Windows of Arduino software open ? If yes, can you try to close it (it may lock the com port) ?
When you press Start, do the motors make noise or vibrate ?

hi i am not familiar with sabertooth but i can suggest few things.
have read in here about com ports wont work if they are above com10 that's with SNC's but you can give it a try , another is that you have to make a profile (the default) to be able to test motion in game manager and another is to close all programs and leave only game manager for testing.

Arduino program is closed before operating simtools. I wondered if the led tx arduino must be switched off, because it seems to be the LED indicating transfer.
my tx LED is off. my LED Rx (reception) is on
