Hi Bro got my Compact-R for about a half year too. But I got some probs, it feels like there iss a lil bit too much motion going on. Even when I use the remote of my njMotion Seatmover (there are 3 diometers, one for the short motions, one for long motions, and one for the overall motion) and set the overall motion to some low settings, it feels like I feel to much street/ground effects. For example, when I drive a normal straight road without any holes or rocks on the ground, it feels like there is always a lil bit motion. Is that normal or did I set something wrong? I attached my settings for you maybe you can help, thanks and have a nice Day

    PS.

The guys on xsimulator.net told me to capture then refine the Tuning Center values, but I cant find any good video tutorial for doing that. Here is an example of my standard settings that I use for my racingGames...

Hey there, I sometimes felt the same thing. Even if I have read the manuals about simtools I don´t have enough understanding on the software, so if I say something wrong or stupid please anyone with knowledge correct me.
As far as I know, it has to do with the middle rotary of the Motion, the one that controls fast movements. It shouldn´t go above 75%. The other two rotaries didn´t have impact on the issue.
As for the Max Min, I think the smaller the ranges the more sensitive the motion gets, so it may be some value to be too small. Here´s my current setting for them:

I think probably it is the pitch, roll and/or heave value the one that gives you that issue.
    Hope that helps.
Edit: The how to capture max/min can be found here, though it is for the older version of the software it sure is very similar to the one you have:

Hey buddy, did you find any helpful solution? I have the same issue that the road bumps in ACC or LMU are way to extreme. I have to lower the potentiometer in the middle to around 40% to get rid of these extrem bumps but then the feedback for acceleration or shifting is also very low…
    Have you solved that issue?

Many thanks for your Feedback. I have checked all this and also adjusted the Heave while in game to higher values. 10/20/50/100… I was also hoping to get the road bumps smother with that but no change :/

As per the links to previous advice just do one axis at a time, in this case heave, disable the others temporarily.

Yes, tune one axis at a time, then combine and refine them.

Feels like I have to make all inputs smoother. Surge, sway and heave have an impact on the road bumps. Feels like sitting in a chassis with stone tires at the moment :/
