Thank you, Nick for your interest and opinion.

If you don't mind, please recommend us which game is the best for showing off simulator's capabilities.

Assetto Corsa has one of the best physics models going for showing off motion, and the graphics are pretty good as well.

    Hi, shannonb1.

I understand what you mean. It seem slow and weak on the video.
However It can be faster and stronger by changing values on setup tool.

I think this specification below might help you imagine how strong and fast cylinder can move

Here is the specification of MHCylinder S1.
    CylinderSpec.jpg

This values on the sheet means per cylinder.
and We haven't made a decision to sell only cylinders and controller yet.
As soon as we get conclusion for the sales policy, I'm going to let you know about this.

    Thanks you.

Thank you, ferslash for your kind words and the good question.

Yes, We manufactured our own linear actuator.

Here is the story why we started to build actuator.

We'd started as a DIY motion simulator user at the first time.
And then few month later, We decided to build better performance cylinder with lower price
which can lift entire rig, so we would love to help possibly many users enjoy motion simulators in the world with best price.

It's been for 1 and a half year to develop this cylinder.
There were 3 prototypes which helped us build the final product. we've learned a lot about many things through whole development stage that can't tell you specifically because it's quite boring stories for you.

    Here is our first prototype.

BTW, The major material for this cylinder case is aluminum and inner parts like shaft and ball screw are stainless steel.
    That's everything.

Hope you're satisfied with my answer without boring. :)

If you have any question, feel free to ask me.
Thanks you very much for your interest again.

    Regards,
    Jason.

Thank you, noorbeast for the informative comment.

Actually we've tested our motion with mainly focusing on Assetto Corsa.
BTW, I don't have video for Assetto Corsa for now.
I just have a short reaction test video for motion with AssettoCorsa.

I am going to film full shot video and share it.

your new actuators are pretty working well, if you can offer them for a good price it can be an alternative to the motors we're using.

yes selling good actuators at a nice price would be killer for this comunity...

and on the business side... shipping a hole rig its expensive but, shiping a only actuators should be more cost effective some of your possible diy clients.... on the other hand as far as i remmember the actuators this community ussualy use are super expensive

    @jamesdio:

what is the torque your stepper motors have? not the actuator but, the motor alone

    best regards

Cylinder used in the Community is scn series.
The products mainly used in factory automation.
Scn series is an easy-to-use products.
And scn series is a good cost performance products.

i have never use scn actuator, they should be grate, but they are expensive compared to regular worm 12v motors :(
