    BTW.
If you interesting with this redesign Tronic's AMC motor motion-controller .I can ask my friend for more.I think it's must be cheap.
I would like an obligation for everyone in here.
It's my greatest honour to offer it.

Hello Hitmen. It's a nice news about Tronic's controller :) . Could you ask your friend about how many amperes can handle each channel of redesigned AMC-Hb controller? Can it operate through both channels together with one motor, if yes, how many power of one motor needed for successful operating? How much it cost?

    Best regards!

hello Briut!! All things redesign is base on Tronic's AMC.The electronic part is same as Tronic's list.
My friend just reorganized parts and reduce the board.

The max amperes can handle is 70A each channel.
Next 2 questions are not understand, sorry.I think Tronic must be have the answer.

I use the power is 12A 12V Switching Power Supply.

My friend estimate the AMC price is about €50~€100,the prices are subject to the quantity of each order

    Best regards

    Nice work hitme!

Briut: The H-bridge in the circuit will not handle 70A (continous) / channels. You have to use a logic level MOSFET replacing the IRFZ44N's in order to get a theoretical 49A continous keeping everything at 25°C. However you will run into problems with the PCB traces above 10A. I can guarantee you that 50A will evaporate them off the board.

The circuit and components are the exact same as the rest of the builds. Hitme's board is only redesigned to put the AMC and DMShb into one device. There are small SMD components and the board is 2 layers to save space. He also excluded the serial programmer circuit from it and those components that are not used.

Given the price for the board I would recommend you to build everything else and hope that something cheaper and more reliable comes along in that time.

    Hello Frakk,you are so professional.
I can't understand what you say very clearly.
But the serial programmer circuit is included .It can be used by 10 stitchs.

I noly want to help primary fans to play it easy, because i met with many difficulties when i made it.

I can see you included the connectors to program the chip which is all good!
I am referring to this simple AVR programming circuit:
    http://www.olimex.com/dev/images/avr-pg1b-sch.gif
This is included on the AMC, connected to the top serial port.
