    I really wonder how good your motors support each other with that position.
    I also thing that your levers are to long for that motors. I have two holes in my lever. one at 4cm away from the shaft (for racing) and one at 6 cm (for flying). I use two 370w motors.

    The placement of the roll motor means it has very little inherent design leverage and far less than the pitch axis, wiper motors are not very powerful so you need as much inherent design leverage as possible within space constraints. In other words the further the motors are from the pivot the better, which is why shoulder mount design is popular for wiper motors, as it gives the maximum inherent design leverage.

    The lever CTC length is likely too big, as per previous advice. At a guess try 40mm.

    CTC = Center To Center, the distance measured from the motor shaft center to the center of the hole drilled for the connecting rod on the lever.

    finally i can report a success my first test after rebuild has been successful the wiper motors are strong enough to move me and thanks to @noorbeast with his advice to set the intensity to 100 and to @Skuldi to change the polarity i can finally move on
