    Greetings All,
Man, I screwed up! When I first powered, AVR up it seems like weeks ago, I had all the jumpers on all of the two pronged uprights. That included the two poles right below voltage regulator (marked with a vin + -), don't do this. As soon as I figured out why I did not get a Power LED to light up, I disconnected It. When powered it up without the jumper on it, I got the Power LED illuminated, all was well or so I thought, and I forgot about it. As a result, today, almost 5 weeks into this, I am attempting to replace the zeners. Everything but a few (7) capacitors have been replaced. A almost complete rebuild.

Thank you for asking. No, unfortunately I did not... after rebuilding the thing twice, I was forced to go to Yobuddy, (a big thank you, to him!) to get a chip programmed, and it works!! The only problem is I don't have a back-up.
