    Hi everyone,
To upgrade from 2.2 to 2.2.5 which is the best route?
Is it necessary to back up old files, uninstall 2.2 and install the new 2.2.5, or is it enough to install the new release as ia a pach?
Thanks for the update and support :thumbs

    Hello yobuddy
I use an e-belt tensioner with a SCN
Unfortunately, I can only use the Half Way of the SCN for belt tightening.
In order to use more than half way for the brake command surge,
there should be a possibility to be able to move the initialized middle position.

So I'm looking for a solution to shift the middle position of a SCN HyperAxis,
so I have a longer actuator path to one side

This would require a custom Interface Plugin I'm afraid.

Can someone please help me to create such a plugin

I don't have time at the moment, but I can look into it in a couple of weeks.

For a simulator setup thou, shifting the center position in software is less than desirable.
You end up lop-siding the output, where one side is longer than the other.

So to fix the problem, you just use less of the shorter side of the actuator to make them balance again.
    Loosing length on the actuator.
Meaning its a ton better to center the actuator on the hardware side of things.

Ciao. Have you tried to see if the "C:\Users\<your user_name>\AppData\Local\SimTools" folder is present?
    All configuration data resides there.

Check the full path integrity. :thumbs

Is the new JRK G2 supported by Simtools yet?

Yes, configuration and tuning are done, I can move the motors by changing the Manually set target in the Pololu JRK G2 Configuration Utility.

Do you have had the new JRK G2 work successfully? can you share your interface preset?
