I use these, the motor can draw 21A at its peak

One more thing, in smc3utils do not use square wave or fast shifting manually, you can easily damage power supplies or IBT2 drivers, for testing use sine wave.

Thanks a lot for your help! I also think I overdid the testing a bit.
I also tried to get Simtools to work, but it doesn't open after starting. When I press alt+tab, the open windows appear, but when I click on them they don't open

Of course, the heatsink should be tightened to the diode.

I got the two new power supplies today, 600W this time...
The bridge rectifiers are also there, I milled a couple of heat sinks, I hope everything works now.
Thank you both for your help so far!!!

I have now tested again with sine and motion in smc3. The left motor constantly stops when turning downwards, and then the motor is switched off by the program.
This happens when the other motor leg turns upwards. As if the motors are only designed to rotate in one direction.

I understand there is a left engine in the video ?
The movement looks correct, you write that the motor is switched off by the program, do you mean SMC3Utils? and the fact that with the motor number the button changes from ‘ON’ to ‘OFF’?
If it changes to ‘OFF’ it means that the range of the signal read from the potentiometer/hall sensor has gone beyond the safe limit, show the video from SMC3Utils.

It looks to be exceeding its limits as a result of inadequate power, which could relate to settings, hardware chosen, and/or design factors.

Please post pictures of all of your settings, including running the Sine test.

Keep in mind a lever's most effective torque utilisation is at 90 degrees. and that degrades in a nonlinear manner, rapidly so after around 38-40 degrees up and down. What I mean is τ = r F sin(θ): https://www.omnicalculator.com/physics/torque

I think I made it through the settings yesterday, the motors now have more power in both directions... I'll post my settings later though. Thank you!

It's very Stränge... The motors (or the Arduino) stop at irregular intervals or simply start rotating at full speed. This can also happen when no power is required at all.
For example, in the menu of Live for Speed...
