    Thank you friends for your good wishes :cheers
    - As I said, could not resist and set up a table and a chair on the platform ... and not very nice, but the main thing you can experience the 6DOF gravity
    - At this stage I think what design do in the cockpit of the simulator?
    - I would be grateful if you share your ideas ...

    P.S. The videos I overs, are employees factory, they do not give me the opportunity to work, as little children can not leave the ride....

    Great project!

    Although this would probably be more suitable for flight simulations, since motion is a tad slow for racing..

    Is that full speed of hydraulics?

    Much depends of the:
    1) pump capacity (liters/minute)
    2) well as being the supply voltage 18-24V and control voltage +/- 10V
    3) and program settings (Axis Limiting)

    - Speed of motion I reduced to a minimum (safe mode)

    I combine business with pleasure - simulators is my hobby ;):cheers

    All you need is an Oculus Rift, dont have to worry about building a cockpit then ;)

    Awesome build though, I would like to see it with the speed cranked up it does seem very very slow

    Oculus Rift - it's a good idea:cheers but the exterior of the simulator should be too attractive;)

    2 all
    I am surprised that no one asks any technical questions......., for example about feedback control and position sensors...., or who do not pay attention that there is no linear encoders ;)

    TBH I didnt even think about it as I would never be building such a beast of a machine ;)

    So are you going to tell us all @Ashraf ?

    Linear encoders have two disadvantages;
    1) it is difficult to find identical to the size of the cylinder (must be ordered from the manufacturer)
    2) and expensive (depending on brand)

    - there are more simple and perfect solution; ultrasonic HC-SR04 ;):cheers

    great 6dof rig friend,congrats
    how did you setup "ultrasonic HC-SR04" for feedback?

    Nice work, its a beast:D. Need to turn the speed up a bit though for a car SIM. Recommend you fit a harness before you do that, as you could be thrown from quite a height.

    We with @Ashraf have wrote and tested the special firmware for Arduino mega using ultrasonic sensors. At one end of each cylinder there is a sensor , and at the other end - the special plate to reflect ultrasound.

    @prilad
    first,is it possible to use this firmware also with Arduino uno?
    second,is there any possibility of combination this firmware with for example your code together on the same board?
    thank you old friend
    cheers
