If you disconnect all other USB devices from the computer except the Arduino, does the issue persist in SimTools?

If all Tuning Center values are set to 50 does the shaking stop?

This is the Tuning Center, temporarily set all Max/Min vales to 50 and let us know if the shaking stops:

You should not mess with the Interface settings, they are fine.

It is unlikely to be the PC, if it runs games it will easily run SimTools.

I suspect your issue is interference, but my previous questions are intended to rule out other possibilities.

So, if you manually set all Tuning Center values to 50 does the shaking stop?

If you mean roll, pitch, surge sensitivity, I tried to adjust it to 50, but no change, (in the picture it is not the change) IMG_20230318_120636_edit_13947119052558.jpg

In that case I suspect it is not a settings issue, but some sort of interference, though from what I have no idea.

When I bought the PC it didn't have Windows installed, it was installed by someone later, I don't know if he did a good job. Maybe he didn't install what he needed. Could it be the cause of simtools not working?

Hellow, I wonder if my issues could be the arduino cable usb, the USB port or could be the pot(it's attached directly by the frame)?

If the first time I had the monitor connected via a VGA cable, now I have the TV connected via a 4m hdmi cable, could this be a problem?
