Update: i adjust the pivot of my rig, i mean the seat before was not in good postion like its was near the motor , now i remove it and make recalculation by put a tupe in the ground and the up rig only ( not full bacuase as i say i remove the up rig to chanfe thre position) and i put my weight on it so is will be centerd .

Then i put it back after i change the postion but its still the same the motor dont move better than befoe its same, i mean the motor struggle to curry weight , also i notice that the front base tha the motor on it, while moving its come up from the ground i mean like bend or twist, so my thought now that the main part of the rig ( the middle shaft that carry all the rig) are maybe too long ,

i messured it and the distance between the higher part of the base and the lower part of the rig is 30cm,

and when i be on the rig the hieght from my head to the base are 150cm .

The destance from the shaft to the motor are 75cm.

And when i set in the rig the motor lever like pull back and when i move myself toward its move with me .( When motor on and off its same).

    Final thought:

I think i need to move the motor a little back of make the shaft lower , what you think guys?

Yes it sounds like the motors need to be further from the pivot and the leaved arm CTC shortened, both would increase effective torque utilisation.
