I will presume it gets data input in the Tuning Manager, though there is none in the picture you posted, so I am guessing the game was not running.

Try loading up the game and in the Tuning Manager hit 'Capture Min Max' then 'Reset'. It will zero all the settings.

Drive a lap or two in something that has a bit of give in the suspension at about 80% normal pace, don't hit anything.

Go back to the Tuning Manager and hit 'Save New Settings' then press 'Capture Min Max' to turn capture off.

Fine tune the motion settings from there to suit your sim and personal preferences.

Now you have motion going you can use the Tuning Manager to tweak the settings. Often things like heave need a more refines setting, and for heave that can often be down to 0.5 or even less.

You can also uncheck the tick on Surge, which will let you enter different numbers manually for Min and Max. Having a lower Max number than Min helps simulate a snappy gearshift jolt.

    Have fun tweaking.
