This is what I am now correcting. When you add a Heave value, the motion platform tilts to the right from the beginning.

Your current settings don't look right for a traditional 2DOF, see the manual here for an overview of settings: https://www.xsimulator.net/simtools-game-engine/#Setting-up-your-Default-Axis

Excluding the values used this is more what the Axis allocations and DIR should look like, if your DIR settings are wrong the axis are going to do weird things like you describe with heave.:

This is the setting I sent from the company that purchased the motion platform. I set it this way and it looks like it works. But when the roller coaster turns 360 degrees. The movement of the motion platform becomes strange. There is no setting for Heave, Sway, or Surge.

If you purchased the simulator what brand is it and what actual instructions are given. The picture you just posted suggests one axis only does roll and one pitch. Can you please post some pictures to confirm.

A rollercoaster doing a 360 is something a 2DOF sim cannot emulate. You can use filtering and in addition @SeatTime has done some recent refinements to the plugin itself: https://www.xsimulator.net/communit...er-simulation-plugin.4777/page-26#post-133264

But the basic Axis allocations do have to be correct.

I bought the site of the model. Https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=...fsyXA_DBBH&v=NKiWUkExirw&ytbChannel=armeniman In this model, ROLL and PITCH are put in 1DOF. But it went well. The problems are Heave, Surge, and Sway. And if you turn around, the motion platform will jump. Hmm... Is it possible to put Heave, Surge, and Sway in 1DOF?

Your option would be to try roll and sway at smaller percentages on Axis1, with sway having the Dir unchecked, and pitch and surge on Axis 2. Heave could be awkward depending on the geometry of the rig and a transducer may be a better option.

What you really should have is support from the manufacturer. You should also post request for support on Xsimulator.net to the Commercial or Pro threads.

I have a question: whether this game plugin must use simtool2.0 or later? Because i am using simtool1.3, but my simulator can not move.

NoLimits does not provide telemetry data in the demo version only in the full version.

Thank you for your interest.I deleted "-- telemetry", but my simulator still doesn't work, so "NoLimits Rollercoaster Simulation Plugin 2.0.0.4" is a full version of the Plugin and cannot be used for demo version?

There is no plugin for the demo version of NoLimits, as the NoLimts demo does not provide the telemetry like the full version of NoLimts does.

As @value1 said the plugin only works with the full version of NL, it will not work with the demo version of NL.

When the plugin is used with the full version of NoLimits the --telemetry flag is required: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/no-limits-2-v2-2-and-higher-how-to-activate-telemetry.198/

One additional note to @noorbeast's advice, @JayceTeng: In all your posts in which you mentioned the telemetry flag, you put a blank between -- and telemetry. This blank needs to be removed. So it has to be
    --telemetry
    and not
    -- telemetry

But it will still not work with the demo version!
The demo version of NoLimits does not output telemetry data!

I am currently using simtools 1.3 and with NL2 version 2.2.3.7 my simulator works without a problem, I try to do update NL2 on the last version to see if it will work. If it does not work then I will buy a license for simtools V2
