I tried with an old xsim converter, and the actuators are detected.
The problem must lie in the settings of the Xsimulator Engine, I try to reinstall an older Xsimulator and I tell you.

It looks like your trying to run 4 scn actuators?
2 scn's connected to each serial adapter?

No. Each SCN5 has its own card with its own port

Your assigning 2 axis to each thou.

This tells the interface you have 2 scns attached, one with the id of 0 and one with the id of 1.
So you probably need to remove the second one.
    Take care,

Finally thanks to you yobuddy, I didn't understand the drop-down menu. I am very rusty and I hope that this can still be of support to the community, I have been standing for two years but now I am back to have fun on the Sims you are number 1.
