my ibt2 burned out twice, so I decided to order Citron, which are much better and more reliable. The settings are so low because the motor shaft is 5 cm, the motors are 250 watts and the power supplies are 24 volts 25 amps. Technically, everything in the platform is perfect, including the SMC settings. It seems to me that the problem is either in the Arduino or in my computer, I want to try using a laptop tomorrow

Thanks everyone for the tips but I just found the solution. It turns out that it is not enough to simply change the language to English in the settings of Win 10, you need to Run INTL.CPL and change the language to English in the administrative section.
