@SilentChill how will you sort out the maths? Which code you will use that the motors are working together? BTW your 6DOF is simple and genius on the one hand and and worth respecting on the the other hand, I have to follow your 6DOF route...

Superbe travail , je fabrique aussi un 6dof en smolka 24v actuellement .
Je vais suivre ton file de près , bon courage pour la suite .

Great work, I also manufactures a 6DOF in smolka 24v now. I'll follow your lead close, good luck for the future.

@Pit I will be using scn code on 3 arduino, 2 motors on each.

Maths ??? I don't worry about that just build it and see what happens, as long as the angles are about right and it's all pretty much symmetrical it should work right ??

The basics turn out to be pretty simple with a 6DOF. I helped out @Leandro Tercette via skype and would give the same advice, as long as you avoid an axis inversion SimTools can work pretty well: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/6dof-stewart-rig-using-simtools.6900/

So, for example, if you use the Elite Dangerous or FSX/P3D plugins you can avoid issues with traditional roll and pitch by using Extra 1 and 2, then tweak it with filters: http://www.xsimulator.net/community...oit-human-percption-in-motion-simulation.142/

@Leandro Tercette has it pretty well sorted for ED: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/6dof-stewart-rig-using-simtools.6900/page-2#post-79719

    And for racing: http://www.xsimulator.net/community/threads/6dof-motion-platform-with-a-c-motors.6907/#post-79949

    Great progress @SilentChill.

It must feel like you are working on a production line, doing the same thing over and over again each step of the way ;)
