SimTools V2 works with your sim and it works side by side with v3.

I want to add absolut value of sway, if the value is positive ok, if the value is negative I must convert it to positive value. Is it possible to do that with simtools ?

    Thanks.

Click the 'Dir' box by the dof in Axis Assignments, and it will flip the direction of the axis.
    Take care,

I am guessing what you mean is to clip values, as @BlazinH did with modified SMC3 code for Gseat: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/modified-smc3-code-for-g-seat.325/

We are unable to get v2 to work on Windows 11.

Do we have any news about the motion cancelation plug-in in v3? This was mentioned in the motion cancelation thread.

    I'm afraid not.
Trying to do motion cancellation directly from the same computations that run the sim simply does not work in my tests. I think we really need a non-drifting way to know exactly where the sim is at any time.
I think the best approach, may be to use something like open track to get a non-drifting solution.
I just have not had any extra time for testing something like this.
    Take care,

Hello everyone, happy new year !!!

I read this post but I think it's not that i want to do. This custom SMC3 code allow to cut negative values but I need to convert it in positive value.

In simtools v3 it's possible to invert value but not to take absolut value. Maybe you have a trick to to do it in Simtools.

    Thanks.

Hello, the updates for f1 games are perfect with the 2022 format for the 2022 games just a little problem with simhub, simtools v3 alone works but when I turn on simhub works and simtools closes.

Then in game settings like this

In v3, once a game is setup and configured properly for your sim, you can go to options / export wizard and export a custom plugin. The Custom plugin can hold all your configurations for the game, and then a drag and drop installation into SimTools will 100% re-set up the plugin for you.

You can only have 1 application accessing the games telemetry port at a time.
So whichever app you start first will work.
