    everything works amazing In RaceRoom, but motion doesn't stop at the end of the race and right when you cross the finish line rig goes violently on one side, get back, then continue simulate moves outside the race.

    Sorry for the newbie question but I am new to simtools and have just installed and got the v3 beta up and running with motion etc working for ams2. I am having trouble working out how to tune/auto tune limits as per the documentation for v2. Can anyone assist in explaining how to tune the motion, I have been using trial an error so far!

    Its not bad now but the gearshift is way too strong!

    Again sorry if this has been asked before but I have not used v2 before either so its all new to me

    Generally speaking, you set reasonable Axis Assignments, that is around 100% total, then capture Max/Min values in the Tuning Center. You can then adjust and fine tune settings from there.

    Hello!
    It was a while and came back to the sim this week and tried v3. So far is an excellent upgrade to v2: excellent job! I was reading the thread and seems nobody play pCars1 so, I found last night that Sway and Surge signals are crossed. No big deal, just had to configure the motor directions accordingly and back in business but thought to report if there is an issue with the plugin...

    SimTools v2 plugins are incompatible with v3. Plugins are being re-written and added to v3 as quickly as possible, but it does take time to cover them all.

    You can have v2 and v3 installed on the same PC, so if a plugin has not yet been ported use v2.

    SMC3 is just used to help do your hardware configuration.

    The rest is all about refining your motion profile, hitting a wall is pretty simple, as it is basically going to trigger most axis towards the max of whatever is set, but the motion profile should really be crafted around first setting up each axis independently, then enabling them all and refining from there: https://www.xsimulator.net/community/faq/steps-to-create-a-motion-profile.228/

    But could I double the effect just for hitting wall? When I crash the wall, my rig just steady still. Before hitting wall, on gravel it moves great and accurate.

    What does your max/min setting for surge and sway look like?
