Also another bug when I create global/default settings, by clicking save global/default on selected game profile, when using different game and trying to load my setup by clicking load nothing happens. I need to recreate each axis/dof settings each game profile - it is annoying and frustrating a bit.

    Hi,
I'm looking for help getting Simtools v3 to work with a NjMotion compact
I point out that everything worked fine but not anymore.
I reinstalled the plugin but no movement from NjMotion.
    It works on other Simus.

Know that clicking 'save as default' only saves the profile as the default profile for the currently selected game plugin. And this Default profile is the profile that will get used for any auto created profiles. (if the plugin supports it)

However, saving the profile as the global profile, will make it so that it's the default profile for any newly installed game plugin. I seem to be able to save a profile to global, then switch game plugins and load it back here anyway. I will look this over closer next week thou.

What plugin are you talking about? The only plugin I know that is having issues is IRacing after its last update. I believe its something with its new anti-cheat engine. We have test fixes already out to testers.
    Take care,
    yobuddy

    @Deups,
I'm guessing that "It works on other Simus" means that other game plugins work?
If not, then I suggest you re-run the setup plugin for your NjMotion compact.
If other game plugins do work, then could you maybe tell me anymore about your f1 23 problem, I just don't have a lot of info about the problem to help you is all. All of the codemaster games use an official API that should be non breaking with game updates. But I will gave the game a test when I get into the office Monday.

Thank you for the answer. it actually works on other Simus, but not on F1 23. To my knowledge I haven't changed anything on Simtools or F1 23. Simtools recognizes F1 23 when I start it but that's it, no movement

Can you please post pictures of all of your settings for F1 23, including the Tuning Center while the came is running.

    53731417631_ac301548f4_k.jpg Hello to all!
Just finished my pneumatic g-seat which has been added on my dof 3p motion platform exclusively for il2 gb sturmovik flight simulator. So I have Simtools v3 that controls an arduino board which controls six servos to add or to reduce air to seven air bags on my seat.

Personally i want to thank yobuddy for Simtools v3 which is far more better than the older versions and easier for a newbie like me to handle!! I have also implemented Simtools vibe to Epic Roller Coaster and it works fine!

So my only problem with Simtools settings and g-seat implementation in IL2 Sturmovik flight simulator is as follows:
As you can see in the upper image each servo that controls my air bags is named as "Axis1a" , "Axis2a", e.t.c.
So by the time i want to roll left or right on "Axis 1a" and "Axis 4a" servos, i put sway 100% and roll rate 100% forces. If i fly straight ahead (zero degrees roll angle) and decide to roll left from there my roll rate works fine and gives movement to servos "Axis 1a" or "Axis 4a". These are the servos that controls air bags placed left and right underneath me , so i feel g-forces from the low part of my seat ( where i sit not from the back of my seat i mean) every time i roll left or right. In case i delete "sway" forces from "Axis 1a" and "Axis 4a" then roll rate works fine every time i roll reft or right NO MATTER THE INITIAL DEGREES I START ROLLING. I mean if i am not completely level ( zero degrees roll angle i mean i am completely level) , and say start rolling from 40 degrees initial roll angle ( in comparison to horizontal level) either left or right then roll rate works fine and pushes my air bags. But in case i also have "sway" forces plus roll rate forces to "Axis 1a" and "Axis 4a" then roll rate WONT WORK as i would. In that case, say i start rolling fast again from initial roll angle of 40 degrees compared to horizontal level then ROLL RATE WILL NOT GIVE ME ANY REACTION UNTIL MY PLANE PASSES FROM THE POINT OF ZERO DEGREES ROLL ANGLE AND AFTER THEN IT STARTS TO REACT TO ROLL RATE. I mean while rolling : 40 , 30 , 20, 10, 0 ( only now and after that point my servo reacts to roll rate) , -10 ( servo reacts), -20( servo reacts), -30 (servo reacts), e.t.c. , the same to the other direction. No matter how many % percentage i set sway or roll rate i will face the same issue.

I tried "anti rollover" to roll rate forces on axis assignment but nothing changed. I also checked telemetry data in min/max tuning of Simtools while flying and data from il2 seems ok , i mean every time i roll fast to the right i get positive values of roll rate and negative while on the other direction ( or the contrary i dont remember ) NO MATTER THE INITIAL ROLL ANGLE COMPARED TO HORIZONTAL LEVEL FROM WHERE I START ROLLING. I keep "sway" forces to Axis 1a and 4a because i want to fell sway g-forces on my body on the low left-right sides of my seat while turning with my plane.

So do you have any ideas how to solve that issue?
    Thank you in advance!

I will leave to @yobuddy to reply specifically.

What I would note, and is evident in the V3 interface settings, is that when you allocate up to 300% of a 100% axis range you are likely to create problems in terms of refining a motion profile.

Axis1a and Axis4a will show the same problem even if I set total % to 100, I mean 50% roll rate and 50% sway (total 100%). If I set 100% roll rate and 100% sway (total 200% ) then it happens again. Only in one case roll rate acts as it should and thats the case to set only roll rate forces to axis1a and axis4a and not sway at the same time.

What do you think is the problem?

Looks like you don't have any Max/Min values either.
I would suggest removing the plugin (little trash can on the games banner).
Then restart SimTools v3, and reinstall the plugin.
