Please check the output of the MM motor channels by using a multimeter. I assume that the MM has serious issues switching the polarity of the motor output.

Here's the video and the wiring of the MM. My other Motor was running the sinus curve nice, one attempt later it showed the same crappy behaviour like this motor :(

Could it be possible that I made some mistake soldering the MM Pins? Are the MMs broken...?

I fear that one channel of the MM is dead. For testing purposes please configure the MM as a standard dual channel motor driver and test each channel separately. If one one of the both A1 / A2 etc. channels is dead, the MM is crap.

Your suggestion was right, Pit...Only one channel of each MM shows the correct voltage and leads to a working motor. The other channel does nothing at all and the motor stands still.

I'll buy some new ones and try again. Thanks for your help guys.
    Have a nice weekend :)

Installed a pair of BTS 7960 B because I don't have the motivation to test dozens of potentially faulty MMs to find a pair of working ones. Works like a charm now :) ... Easy wiring, robust design and no thermal problems #likeit

Hello guys, Happy New year for you all !!!

    rooster-card2.jpg

New year new challenges of course. @RufusDufus i have a problem with feedback. Very interesting things hapining. When i running my RIG on SMC3Utils v1.01, there is no problem at all, motion smoot, fast and acurate, look at the picture.

    Screenshot 2017-01-01 12.44.40.png

But when i starting simtools, motors starting behave weird, look at second picture, all configuration seems good, i have tried play around bitrate no luck. The same happening over COM port either UDP.

Maybe somebody have the same problem already ?

Hi @auryza ... In your pictures it seems like you're making the two programs communicate with the Arduino at the same time ... totally wrong ... run sim-tools and close the utility ... or run the utility and close sim-tools .

    Hi @speedy ,
Actually i just wanna show that over UDP or Com port in "Simtools" behave strange. :) . Only one program communicating with arduino at the time not both .
But now everything works perfect, problem was Windows 10 Region settings, you need just change date and time format, in my case should be English(Europe) dd/MM/yyyy.

    Hi,
Just chek "UDP Pass thru" field in SMC3 util. look at picture.
    4.JPG

In simtools game engine interface settings make everything like on picture below, and your engines should go. If you still do not work, check the firewall settings, port 20017 is probably blocked

First of all how many axis you using? 2 or 3? if 2, then you can remove [C<axis>3], COM port configuration seems good, on other hand "axis assignments" looks not good, just check my picture of axis assignments.
And i found one strange thing on LFS game, if installation directory is "Programs Files (x86)", simtools not working, just move whole LFS directory to other for example C:\ and everything should go.

By the way here is SMC3 tutorial thread, if you have problem with configuration and other things just create new thread and community will help you.
