Now you need to get home and clear a large space to really test the Vive out!

Just recently I had my Vive and Rift both running in the roomscale play space normally used just for my Vive,: https://imgur.com/a/w76VC

I use an 8M x 4M space with the computer located half way down the long side, which is about as much as the included HMD cable can cover.

But I have test Lighthouse out to nearly 10M, so if you have the room extending the cable will give you a huge area.

Cannot swing a cat in my simroom :( - have although convinced the Wife to convert one of the spare bedrooms downstairs into a VR room at least for the Xmas holidays and other times when it is not being used, by packing up the bed. Should have a usable clear space of 3 x 2.5 Meters. Not as big as some, but I think OK, maybe another tracking camera is in my future :).
